城市历史性建筑的动态保护探究——以台南市安平树屋和孔庙为例

摘　　要：保护历史性建筑是对城市记忆的延续与尊重,也是发展城市特色文化和保留历史基因的需要。如何让历史性建筑在现代城市环境下生存并在未来长久可持续地发展,成为当前重要的课题,而动态保护则是一种积极有效的方式。台南市是台湾省历史最悠久的文化古城,有着丰富的历史性建筑群,历来有“五步一神,三步一庙”之喻。文章以安平树屋和孔庙的重生与保护为例,分析历史性建筑动态保护的两种不同方式和路径,同时结合专家对安平树屋和孔庙历史性建筑的动态保护效果评价的结果,进一步阐释台南市历史性建筑保护的理念与实践,为我们的城市发展和特色打造提供更多借鉴与启示,让建筑在城市生活中重生,让文化在城市中得以延续与发展。Protecting historic buildings is the continuation and respect of urban memory,as well as the need to develop distinctive urban culture and preserve historical genes.How to make historic buildings survive in modern urban environments and achieve sustainable development in the future has become an important issue,and dynamic protection is a positive and effective way.Tainan City is the oldest cultural ancient city in Taiwan,with a rich historical architectural complex.It has always been known as the"Five Steps,One God,and Three Steps,One Temple".This article takes the rebirth and protection of Anping Tree House and Confucius Temple as an example to analyze two different ways and paths of dynamic protection of historical buildings.At the same time,combined with the results of experts'evaluation of the dynamic protection effect of Anping Tree House and Confucius Temple historical buildings,it further explains the concept and practice of historical building protection in Tainan City,and how to provide more reference and inspiration for our urban development and characteristics.Revitalize architecture in urban life and allow culture to continue and develop in the city.
