摘  要:根据炼钢原理制定了物料在冶炼过程的铁平衡逻辑,结合企业检测手段及理论分析数据获取相关参数,通过建立转炉冶炼的铁平衡及输入输出逻辑、配合企业实际情况获取检测数据、以及通过测试方法制定规范的取值矩阵,有效提高了含铁原料收得率标准建立的合理性与简便性,同时降低了因实际工况差异对收得率测试结果的影响程度,有利于指导生产中对物料的择优选择与标准技经指标的制定。The relevant parameters are obtained by combining enterprise testing means and theoretical analysis data.Through the establishment of iron balance and input and output logic of converter smelting, the acquisition of test data according to the actual situation of enterprises,and the formulation of the value matrix of the standard through the test method,the rationality and simplicity of the establishment of the recovery rate standard of iron-containing raw materials are effectively improved,and the influence degree of the recovery rate test results due to the difference of actual working conditions is reduced.While reducing the difficulty of operation,the accuracy and recognition of the final value are improved,which is conducive to guiding the optimal selection of materials in production and the formulation of standard technical and economic indicators.
