摘  要:Al_(2)O_(3)是一种性能良好的助熔剂。在鄂钢转炉的工业试验表明,加入Al_(2)O_(3)后炉渣熔点和黏度随着w(Al_(2)O_(3))的增加逐渐降低。随着渣中w(Al_(2)O_(3))的增加,脱磷率和渣钢间磷分配比呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在3%时达到最大值。使用含Al_(2)O_(3)化渣剂试验后,40炉工业试验炉次转炉石灰消耗平均为30.64 kg/t,与原工艺相比降低了5.14 kg/t,总造渣材料消耗平均降低5.52 kg/t。2023年新工艺较2021年原工艺平均总造渣材料消耗量降低了4.76 kg/t。Al_(2)O_(3),is a good flux.The industrial trail results of EchengSteel converter showed that the melting point and viscosity of the slag gradually decreased with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3).With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) in slag,the dephosphorization rate and phosphorus distribution ratio between slag and steel show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximum value at 3%.After using the Al_(2)O_(3)-bcaring slag, the average lime consumption of the converter is 30.64 kg/t, which is reduced by 5.14 kg/t compared to the original process.The average total slag material consumption for the 40 trails heats is reduced by 5.52 kg/t.The average total material consumption for the whole year is reduced by 4.76 kg/t.
