摘  要:针对热轧H型钢翼缘厚度尺寸不均匀现象,无法满足全截面尺寸的要求,结合马钢大H型钢产线生产工艺装备及流程,分析设备精度和工装条件的影响,并提出修复万能轧机立辊轴承座尺寸,定期校核轧机精度和优化轧边机孔型等改进措施,H型钢翼缘厚度均匀性得到很大改进。In view of the uneven thickness and size of hot rolled H-shaped steel flanges,which cannot meet the requirements of full section size,the influence of equipment accuracy and tooling conditions was analyzed in combination with the production process equipment and flow of Masteel's large H-shaped steel production line,and the improvement measures such as repairing the vertical roll bearing seat size of universal rolling mill,regularly checking the rolling mill precision and optimizing the edge rolling machine pass were put forward.The thickness uniformity of H-shaped steel flange has been greatly improved.
