摘　　要：马钢检测中心作为公司内第一个实施“厂管作业区”基层管理模式的试点单位,过程单元党支部以依靠党员、提升骨干的自主管理能力为出发点,带动单元内作业区的基础管理水平同步提升,将党建工作与生产经营充分融合,激发奋勇争先活力,为公司生产经营再创佳绩贡献力量。As the first pilot unit within the company to implement the " factory management operation area" grassroots management model, the testing center's process unit party branch takes relying on party members and enhancing the independent management ability of backbone members as the starting point to drive the synchronous improvement of the basic management level of the operation area within the unit, fully integrating party building work with production and operation, stimulating the vitality of striving for excellence,and contributing to the company's production and operation to achieve better results.
