摘　　要：当下普通高校大学生就业难的问题日渐突出,亟需高校、社会和国家重点关注和解决。高校作为培养人才的主阵地,学生的就业情况可以直接反映其培养模式和质量水平。以普通高校辅导员的视角,剖析当下普通高校大学生就业工作存在的问题,并给予相关的应对策略,试为进一步推进普通高校就业工作提供参考。At present,the problem of difficult employment of college students is becoming increasingly prominent,which needs to be paid attention to and solved by colleges,society and the country.As the main position of training talents,the employment situation of students can directly reflect its training mode and quality level.From the perspective of college counselors,this paper analyzes the current problems in the employment of college students,and gives relevant countermeasures,trying to provide references for further promoting the employment of colleges and universities.
