摘　　要：脊髓损伤(SCI)是导致患者发生长期残疾的主要病因之一。目前,越来越多的研究探索缺血缺氧、氧化应激与炎症反应、细胞凋亡、内皮生长因子生成抑制等造成SCI的机制。大量研究证实,尽早采用合理的康复治疗,包括药物、手术、高压氧疗法、神经调控技术、人工智能等有助于恢复机体功能,改善生活质量,让患者早日回归家庭和社会。本文将阐述SCI发生机制的最新研究进展,探讨临床治疗手段,以期为SCI康复提供临床策略。Spinal cord injury(SCI)is the leading cause of long-term disability.An increasing body of research is dedicated to exploring the injury mechanisms such as ischemia-hypoxia,oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction,cell apoptosis,inhibition of endothelial growth factor production.Numerous studies have confirmed that early implementation of appropriate rehabilitation therapies,including medications,surgery,hyperbaric oxygen,neural modulation techniques,artificial intelligence,etc.,can contribute to enhancing functionality,thereby improving the overall quality of life,and facilitating the timely return of patients to their families and society.This article aims to elucidate the latest research mechanisms of spinal cord injury,discuss clinical treatment modalities,and provide clinical strategies for spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
