摘 要:为改善永磁同步电机一阶齿谐波引起的振动噪声,基于ANSYS Workbench多物理场耦合平台,对电机电磁噪声进行联合仿真,优化电机振动噪声.分析一阶齿谐波引起的振动噪声所在的空间与时间阶次,通过对定子结构优化的方式降低电机的振动噪声.分析定子槽的各种参数对电机气隙磁通密度的影响,并通过回归分析的方式得到其对电机气隙磁密的回归模型,利用优化算法找到最适合定子槽参数.经仿真分析表明优化后的电机气隙磁密得到明显改善,0空间阶次由12倍电磁频率引起的48时间阶次的电磁噪声得到显著降低,证明优化方案的可靠性.In order to improve the vibration noise caused by the first-order tooth harmonic of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper,based on the ANSYS Workbench multi-physical field coupling platform,carries out joint simulation on the electromagnetic noise of the motor,and optimizes the vibration noise of the motor.The spatial and temporal order of the vibration noise caused by the first order tooth harmonic is analyzed,and the vibration noise of the motor is reduced by optimizing the stator size.The influence of various parameters of the stator slot on the air gap flux density of the motor is analyzed,and its regression model for the air gap flux density of the motor is obtained through regression analysis,and the most suitable parameters of the stator slot are found through optimization algorithm.The simulation analysis shows that the air gap magnetic density of the optimized motor has been significantly improved,and the electromagnetic noise of 48 time orders caused by 12 times of electromagnetic frequency of 0 space orders has been significantly reduced,which proves the reliability of the optimized scheme.
