摘　　要：使用氨基酸分析仪建立了饲料中含硫氨基酸的分析方法,结果显示:磺基丙氨酸和蛋氨酸峰峰形良好,分离度满足GB/T 18246-2019要求;在10~200nmol/mL的浓度范围内,2种氨基酸的线性相关系数均为0.9999;精密度实验中,保留时间RSD分别为0.02%和0.28%,峰面积RSD分别为0.20%和0.44%;加标回收率分别为98.8%和100.4%,检测结果准确,可为相关从业人员提供参考。The results showed that the peak shapes of sulfoalanine and methionine were good,and the separation met the requirements of GB/T 18246-2019;within the concentration range of 10-200 nmol/mL,the linear correlation coefficients of both amino acids were greater than 0.9999;in precision experiments,the RSDs of retention time were 0.02%and 0.28%,and the RSDs of peak area were 0.20%and 0.44%;the spiked recovery rates were 98.8%and 100.4%.This method is accurate,which can provide reference for relevant practitioners.
