摘 要:采用湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法,建立了高效测定果实类农产品中砷、铅、铬、镉、钼的方法。方法采用5mL硝酸和1mL过氧化氢消解样品,通过碰撞反应池(KED)、干扰校正方程和内标在线加入等方式排除干扰。结果表明:方法检出限在0.002~0.04mg/kg之间,用该方法测定6种生物成分分析标准物质,测定结果的相对误差为0.00%~8.33%,相对标准偏差为0.00%~9.80%(n=6)。该方法简便、高效,适用于果实类农产品中砷、铅、铬、镉、钼的测定。5mL nitric acid and 1mL hydrogen peroxide were used to dissolve the samples.The interference was eliminated by collision reaction cell(KED),interference correction equation and internal standard on-line addition.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was between 0.002 and 0.04mg/kg.The relative error of the method was between 0.00%and 8.33%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.00%and 9.80%(n=6).The method is simple,efficient and suitable for the determination of As,Pb,Cr,Cd and Mo in fruit agricultural products.
