摘 要:为研究硫脲-抗坏血酸体系预还原温度和还原时间对原子荧光光度法测定砷和锑的影响,采用水浴恒温还原的方式,对在不同温度和时间下预还原的砷、锑标准样品进行测试。实验表明,在60℃下还原0.5h后,砷和锑均能达到稳定的荧光响应。配制0~10μg/L砷和锑混合标准溶液,在该条件预还原后测定,曲线线性良好,相关系数达0.999。且在该预还原条件下,标准样品砷和锑元素测定结果均在证书允许范围内,相对误差分别为-1.2~5.7%和-2.7~5.9%,平行测定6次相对标准偏差分别为1.0~2.1%和1.2~3.6%,满足方法要求。In order to study the influence of pre-reduction temperature and time of thiourea-ascorbic acid system on the determination of arsenic and antimony by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry,the samples of arsenic and antimony pre-reduced at different temperatures and time were tested by water bath.The results showed that both arsenic and antimony could achieve stable fluorescence response after 0.5 hour reduction at 60℃.The standard solution of 0-10μg/L arsenic and antimony was prepared,the curve was linear and the correlation coefficient was 0.999.Under the pre-reduction condition,the results of arsenic and antimony in standard samples were within the allowable range of the certificate,with relative errors of-1.2-5.7%and-2.7-5.9%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of 6 parallel measurements were 1.0-2.1%and 1.2-3.6%,respectively,which met the requirements of the method.
