摘 要:文章对毛发中苯丙胺类药物的定性定量方法及其应用展开研究。苯丙胺类药物,如冰毒和摇头丸等,被广泛应用于医学和毒理学领域。毛发作为一种稳定的生物标本,能够记录个体的长期药物暴露历史,因此对其进行分析具有重要意义。文章系统综述了毛发样本的采集和前处理方法,以及气相色谱—质谱联用和液相色谱—质谱联用等分析方法,讨论了这些方法在临床、法医和毒理学等领域的应用,包括对患者用药历史的监测、犯罪嫌疑人的药物滥用检测,以及动物模型中的药物代谢研究,以期为毛发中苯丙胺类药物的研究提供全面的了解,为这些方法在相关领域的实际应用提供有益的参考。This paper studies the qualitative and quantitative methods and applications of amphetamine drugs in hair.Amphetamine drugs,such as methamphetamine and ecstasy,are widely used in medicine and toxicology industry.As a stable biological specimen,hair can record the long-term history of individual drug exposure,so its analysis is of great significance.This paper systematically reviews the collection and pretreatment methods of hair samples,as well as analysis methods such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The application of these methods in clinical,forensic and toxicological fields is discussed,including the monitoring of patients'drug history,the abuse detection of criminal suspects,and the study of drug metabolism in animal models.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the research on amphetamine drugs in hair and provides useful references for practical applications in related fields.
