摘  要:采用便携式里氏硬度计和实时压痕分析仪对不同材质、不同壁厚的试样进行了硬度检测。通过对比验证方法研究了布氏硬度压痕法和里氏硬度试验方法在相同试验条件下得到的硬度值,同时将实时压痕分析仪所得的材料力学性能数值与试验数据进行对比。结果表明:实时压痕分析仪测得的数据更准确,稳定性高,重复性好;可以现场无损且较准确获得材料力学性能。The hardness of samples with different materials and different wall thicknesses was tested by portable Leeb hardness tester and indentation analyzer.The hardness values obtained by the Brinell hardness indentation method and the Leeb hardness ball rebound method under the same experimental conditions were studied through comparative verification methods.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the material obtained by the indentation method were compared with the experimental data.The results show that the data measured by the indentation analyzer is more accurate,stable,and has good repeatability.And it is an effective method for obtaining material mechanical properties in a non-destructive and accurate manner on site.
