基于主题框架分析的浙江省公立医院传染病医防融合案例研究

摘　　要：目的结合浙江省典型实践,分析公立医院传染病医防融合现状。方法通过焦点小组访谈收集各医院传染病医防融合相关材料,采用主题框架分析的方法对访谈材料进行分析。结果浙江省公立医院传染病医防融合做法主要包括组织融合、管理融合、服务融合、资源融合四个方面,目前存在缺乏顶层设计、医院内部公共卫生职责履行不到位、资源共享不足等问题。结论浙江省公立医院传染病医防融合工作有序开展但存在不足,建议进一步加强传染病医防融合管理体制,探索多种形式的医防融合模式,改革医防融合人才培养机制,建立信息共享平台。Objective Combining with the typical practice in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes medicine and prevention integration for infectious diseases of public hospitals.Methods Through focus group interviews,materials related to medicine and prevention integration for infectious diseases of public hospitals were collected.The interview materials were analyzed using thematic framework analysis.Results The medicine and prevention integration for infectious diseases of public hospitals in Zhejiang province mainly included four aspects:organizational integration,management integration,service integration and resource integration.However,there were problems such as the lacking of top-level design,the inadequate performance of public health responsibilities within hospitals,and the lacking of resource sharing.Conclusion The integration of infectious disease medicine and prevention in public hospitals in Zhejiang province has been carried out in an orderly manner,but there are deficiencies.It is necessary to further strengthen the management system,explore various forms of medicine and prevention integration models,reform the talent training mechanism and establish an information sharing platform.
