基于多源数据的南京市主城区城市功能分区识别研究

摘  要:对于城市规划来说,识别城市功能区是进行具体城市规划建设的先手棋,高精度的识别结果可以为城市空间结构优化升级和资源合理配置提供数据支撑。聚焦南京市主城区,利用缓冲区和频率密度算法,结合POI数据和OSM路网数据对城市功能区进行识别研究,以OSM路网数据(不规则格网)和渔网分析工具(规则格网),对主城区进行分割获取研究单元,前者做缓冲区分析,后者做频率密度,得到识别结果,并进行对比分析。研究表明:基于OSM路网数据的不规则格网在较大尺度研究单元识别精度更高,更能体现功能区范围的连续性与协调性;基于渔网分析的规则格网在中小尺度精度更高,更能体现出功能区的细节和空间变化。总体来说两种方法的识别结果与南京市主城区实际功能区范围与类型相符合,为南京市规划发展提供借鉴意义。For urban planning,the identification of urban functional areas is the first move for specific urban planning and construction,and the high-precision identification results can provide data support for the optimization and upgrading of urban spatial structure and the rational allocation of resources.This paper focuses on the main urban area of Nanjing,uses the buffer zone and frequency density algorithm,combines POI data and OSM road network data to identify the urban functional areas,and uses the OSM road network data(irregular grid)and fishing net analysis tool(regular grid)to segment the main urban area to obtain the research unit.The former is used for buffer analysis,and the latter is used for frequency density,the identification results are obtained,and the comparison analysis is carried out.The results show that the irregular grid based on OSM road network data has higher recognition accuracy in large-scale research units,and can better reflect the continuity and coordination of the functional area.The regular grid based on fishing net analysis has higher accuracy at medium and small scales,and can better reflect the details and spatial changes of the functional area.In general,the identification results of the two methods are consistent with the actual functional area scope and type of the main urban area of Nanjing,which provides reference significance for the planning and development of Nanjing.
