摘　　要：在当前这个数字化转型的背景下,预算管理一体化被认为是提高基层财政部门管理效率的重要途径。然而,基层财政部门在预算管理方面仍存在一些问题,如信息共享不畅、协同合作不足等。文章将研究基层预算管理一体化实践,包括构建预算管理一体化集成机制、建立全方位资金监控机制等。通过研究,可以为基层财政部门在数字化转型建设中实现预算管理一体化、全面提升高效预算管理提供实践参考。此外,研究还将进一步提升基层财政部门的管理效率,为区域经济发展提供有力支持。In the current context of digital transformation,budget management integration is considered a crucial approach to improving the efficiency of grassroots financial departments.However,there are still some problems in budget management at the grassroots level,such as inadequate information sharing and lack of collaboration.This paper aims to explore the practical implementation of integrated budget management at the grassroots level,including the construction of an integrated budget management mechanism and the establishment of a comprehensive fund monitoring system.Through this research,the article seeks to provide practical references for grassroots financial departments to achieve integrated budget management in the process of digital transformation,and comprehensively enhance efficient budget management.Furthermore,this research will further improve the management efficiency of grassroots financial departments,and provide strong support for regional economic development.
