企业降本增效及成本费用精细化管控的措施探讨

摘　　要：随着数字技术的发展,数字经济等新型管理方式冲击着现代企业的运作模式。企业在管理过程中,为了实现内部资源的有序整合,激发经济发展活力,适应当前的经济发展环境,提升企业管理活力等目标,需要加强各部门的协作管理,以创新驱动为抓手,改革企业内部机制,立足成本精细化,优化成本管理,实现企业降本增效,推动成本费用精细化管控进程。研究从现代企业的管理形势出发,对新形势下企业成本管理的挑战与机遇进行分析,提出企业降本增效的若干优化措施,旨在提高企业成本费用精细化管控水平和企业经营效益,推动企业产能提升,实现企业成本降低,充分挖掘企业发展潜力,最终实现企业的长足发展。With the development of digital technology,new management methods such as digital economy are impacting the operation mode of modern enterprises.In the management process,enterprises need to strengthen cooperation among various departments,take innovation as the starting point,reform internal mechanisms,focus on cost refinement,optimize cost management,achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,and promote the process of cost refinement control,in order to achieve orderly integration of internal resources,stimulate economic development vitality,adapt to the current economic development environment,and enhance enterprise management vitality.Starting from the management situation of modern enterprises,this paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities of cost management in enterprises under the new situation.The paper proposes several optimization measures for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,aiming to improve the level of refined cost and expense control,enhance operational efficiency,promote production capacity improvement,achieve cost reduction,fully tap into the development potential of enter prises,and achieve long-ter mdevelopment of enterpr ises.
