粮食产量对农村居民恩格尔系数的影响研究

摘　　要：粮食作物产量不仅关乎国家的粮食安全问题,也对农村居民恩格尔系数有较大的影响。文章首先对两者之间的关联机制进行了理论分析,接着利用我国2000—2021年的时间序列数据,选取了粮食作物产量、农村居民人均可支配收入和农村居民恩格尔系数三个变量来研究它们两两之间的关系,建立了粮食作物产量对农村居民恩格尔系数的向量自回归(VAR)模型,对粮食作物产量对农村居民恩格尔系数的影响进行了具体的实证分析研究。结果表明:粮食产量对农村居民人均可支配收入以及农村居民恩格尔系数都有较显著影响,且粮食产量对农村居民恩格尔系数变化的贡献率比农村居民人均可支配收入对农村居民恩格尔系数变化的贡献率更高。The output of food crops is not only related to the food security of the country,but also has a great impact on the Engel coefficient of rural residents.The paper first makes a theoretical analysis of the correlation mechanism between the two.Then,it uses the time series data from 2000 to 2021,and selects three variables:grain crop yield,rural residents'per capita disposable income and rural residents'Engel coefficient to study the relationship between them.The vector autoregressive(VAR)model of grain crop yield on rural residents'Engel coefficient is established,and the paper makes a study on the effect of grain yield on Engel coefficient of rural residents.The result shows the effect of grain crop yield on rural residents'Engel coefficient and per capita disposable income is significant.The rate of contribution of grain yield on rural residents'Engel coefficient is higher than the per capita disposable income of rural residents on it.
