摘 要:介绍了薄壁控制臂铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的原铸造工艺及存在的铸件冷隔及砂芯断裂等问题。结合MAGMA数值模拟软件对控制臂的铸造工艺进行模拟分析,确定了最终的铸造工艺。通过控制浇注温度、浇注时间,改进浇注系统等工艺改进措施,消除了铸件的冷隔缺陷。通过提高树脂含量,增加烘干工序等,提高了冷芯强度,消除了砂芯断裂问题。采用废钢增碳工艺,调整硅含量,提高了铸件的低温冲击性能。A introduction was made to structure and technical requirements of a thin wall control arm,a detail description was made to the original casting production technology and the casting defects including cold shut and sand core breaking.Combined with using MAGMA numeral simulation software to simulate the casting technology of the control arm,the final casting technology was determined.Through technology improving measures including controlling pouring temperature,pouring time,improving gating system.The cold shut defect of the casting was eliminated.By increasing resin content,adding drying process,to elevate the strength of cold box sand core,the sand core fracturing problem was eliminated.By using steel strap recaburizing process,adjusting Si content,the low temperature impact property was increased.
