摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁M进气缸铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺,利用数值模拟软件辅助分析铁液充型及凝固情况,经过工艺优化后,成功生产出符合技术要求的铸件,最后指出:(1)M进气缸铸件采用开放式浇注系统,将内浇道的进流速度小于1 m/s,可减少铸件夹渣,铸件外观质量良好;(2)通过调整球化剂的加入量,控制残余镁量,可以较好地改善进气缸的夹渣问题;(3)对于M进气缸铸件,浇注温度选择1320~1340℃的温度上限,对缩松没有产生比较明显的影响。An introduction was made to the casting structure and technical requirements of a nodular iron M inlet cylinder,a detail description was made to its casting technology.By help of numeral simulation software,the iron liquid filling mold and solidification situation was analyzed.After casting technology optimization,the castings meeting the technical requirements was successfully produced.Finally,point out:(1)By using unpressured gating system to reduce the entering velocity of ingate to less than 1 m/s,it was possible to reduce casting slag inclusion,and obtain good outer surface quality of casting.(2)By adjusting nodularizing alloy adding amount to control residual Mg content,it was possible relatively better improved the slag inclusion defect of the inlet cylinder.(3)For the M inlet cylinder casting,selecting the upper pouring temperature limit of 1320~1340℃had no obvious influence to shrinkage porosities defects.
