摘  要:以硝酸钇、硝酸铽、氨水为原料,采用水热合成法制备Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb。实验探究了所需反应物之间的最佳条件,并用红外光谱法和荧光分光光度法对样品进行了表征。结果表明,当反应物硝酸钇与硝酸铽体积比为5∶1,pH值为9.2,煅烧温度为1100℃时,得到样品Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb良好。Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb的红外特征峰在1200 cm~(-1)和560 cm~(-1)处,荧光的激发波长为518 nm,具有很强的荧光性能,是比较理想的稀土发光材料。Using yttrium nitrate,terbium nitrate and ammonia as raw materials,Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The optimum conditions between the required reactants are discussed,and the samples are characterized by infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometry.The results show that when the volume ratio of yttrium nitrate to terbium nitrate is 5∶1,pH value is 9.2,and the calcination temperature is 1100℃,the obtained sample Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb is good.When the infrared characteristic peaks of Y_(2)O_(3)∶Tb are 1200 cm-1 and 560 cm-1,and the excitation wavelength of fluorescence is 518 nm.It has strong fluorescence properties and is an ideal rare earth luminescent material.
