摘 要:从配制新型抗高温无固相钻井液出发,建立抗高温无固相保护储层钻井液体系,自制合成材料BHX作为抗温增黏降滤失剂封堵剂和消泡剂H26,并且以HCOOK有机盐加重剂构建无固相抗高温钻井液体系。基于处理剂加量优选,确定密度为1.30 kg/L的抗高温无固相钻液为水+0.7%NaOH+0.5%Na_2CO_(3)+0.7%VIS-HT+3%BHX+3.0%FDH+3.0%H26+HCOOK。实验结果表明,钻井液体系的渗透率恢复值均>90%,具有优良的储层保护效果,满足钻井储层保护要求。From the configuration of a new type of high temperature resistance solid-free drilling fluid,a high temperature resistance solid-free reservoir protection drilling fluid system is established.Self-made synthetic material BHX is used as plugging agent and defoamer H26 for temperature-resistant,viscosity-increasing and fluid loss reducer.And a solid-free high temperature resistance drilling fluid system is constructed with HCOOK organic salt weighting agent.Optimization based on the amount of treatment agent,the high temperature resistance solid-free drilling fluid with a density of 1.30 kg/L is determined to be water+0.7%NaOH+0.5%Na 2CO_(3)+0.7%VIS-HT+3%BHX+3.0%FDH+3.0%H26+HCOOK.The experimental results show that the permeability recovery value of the drilling fluid system is more than 90%.It has excellent reservoir protection effect and meets the requirements of drilling reservoir protection.
