摘 要:传统锰矿粉烧结工艺存在着固体燃耗高、锰矿烧结矿质量差等难题,开发锰矿粉造块新技术对于降低铁合金生产成本、扩大原料来源和促进铁合金行业低碳绿色发展具有重要意义。本文提出了一种锰矿粉球团烧结新工艺,并通过烧结杯实验与传统烧结工艺进行了对比。结果表明,相比于传统烧结工艺,球团烧结新工艺的烧结矿转鼓强度提高了4.35%,利用系数增加了16.22%,固体燃耗降低了21.79%;此外,锰矿球团烧结矿相比于普通锰矿烧结矿具有较好的抗热爆性能和高温软熔性能。本研究成果将为锰矿粉实现低碳烧结和强化矿热炉冶炼提供重要的参考。Traditional sintering process of manganese fines generally requires high fuel consumption and gives poor sinter quality.Therefore,developing new agglomeration technologies of manganese fines is of great significance to reduce the production cost of ferroalloy,expand the source of raw materials and promote the low-carbon and green development of ferroalloy industry.In this paper,a new pellet-sintering process of manganese fines is proposed and compared with the traditional sintering process by conducting sinter pot tests.The results show that,compared with the traditional sintering process,the new pellet-sintering process can increase the sinter tumbling strength by 4.35%and the utilization coefficient by 16.22%,while the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 21.79%.In addition,the pellet-sinter productions of manganese fines exhibit better decrepitation-resistant performance and high-temperature softening-dripping performance than the manganese-bearing sinter obtained from the traditional sintering process.The findings will provide important reference for realizing low-carbon sintering and enhancing submerged arc furnace smelting of manganese ores.
