摘 要:介绍了实验室小型砂磨机砂磨氯化法钛白粉半成品浆料进行相关分散的一系列正交实验,特别是在不同的砂磨工艺条件即研磨介质填充率、钛白粉进料量、不同转速、不同研磨时间对钛白粉浆料粒径、浆料黏度与分散稳定性能的影响,最终确定了较优的工艺方案。在实际工艺生产中,可以一定程度上改进并同时提高浆料的分散稳定性,为下道工序提供优良的钛白粉半成品浆料;对相关砂磨工艺条件方面的摸索与探究增加新的可实施的工艺途径与工艺技术储备。A series of orthogonal experiments were conducted on the dispersion of semi-finished titanium dioxide slurry produced by the chloride method using a small-scale sand mill in the laboratory.Especially,the effects of different sanding process conditions,such as grinding medium filling rate,titanium dioxide feed rate,different rotational speeds,and grinding time,on the particle size,slurry viscosity,and dispersion stability of titanium dioxide slurry were investigated,and the optimal process plan was ultimately determined.In actual production processes,it is possible to improve the dispersion stability of the slurry,providing excellent semi-finished titanium dioxide slurry for the next process;exploring new feasible process approaches and technological reserves in the relevant sanding process conditions.
