摘  要:为了解决钒氮合金生产中配混料系统不精准,产量低、能耗高,五氧化二钒单耗高,产品中钒含量不稳定,配碳比高及如何降低碳排放等问题,分析了物料配混料系统生产设备在系统中的执行能力,研究了推板窑砌筑技术、钒氮合金生产机理及推板窑设备还原氮化工艺曲线。结合物料特性及推板窑能耗,通过对原系统进行优化和生产系统过程控制,结合MES系统建设实现各生产工序间的横向及纵向信息集成以及实践验证确立推板窑参数的最佳运行区间,实现了生产过程精准控制,配碳比稳定控制在下限值,钒含量稳定在77.5%±0.1%,合理降低CO_(2)排放量,将推板窑能耗降幅53%,实现增效节能降碳。In order to solve the problems of imprecise feed mixing system,low yield,high energy consumption,high unit consumption of vanadic oxide,unstable vanadium content in the product,high carbon blending ratio,and reducing carbon emissions in the production of vanadium-nitrogen alloy;it analyzes the equipment operation in the material mixing system,studies the masonry technology and production mechanism of vanadium-nitrogen alloy in pusher kiln,and the reduction nitriding process curve of pusher kiln equipment.By combining material characteristics and energy consumption of the push plate kiln,optimizing the original system and controlling the production process,combined with the construction of the MES system,horizontal and vertical information integration between various production processes is achieved;establish the optimal operating range for the parameters of the push plate kiln through practical verification.The best operating parameter interval is determined through the practical verification of the temperature value and reaction rate in the working area of the pusher kiln.Precise control of the production process achieves with the stable carbon ratio at the lower limit,the vanadium content maintains at 77.5%±0.1%,the reasonable reduction of carbon dioxide emission,the energy consumption of the pusher kiln can reduce by 53%,and the increasing efficiency,energy saving and carbon reduction have been achieved.
