废盐无害化处理工艺研究

摘  要:为了解决制备精四氯化锆过程中产出废盐的处理难题,根据废盐微观形貌分析结果,将废盐加水溶解,利用强酸性体系使废盐中的金属离子溶出进入溶液,通过采用不同搅拌方式、浸出时间、压滤方式以及浸出试剂等实验,研究金属元素的分配及迁移规律。通过实验室条件摸索试验、放大试验以及条件优化试验,使处理后废盐中锆平均收率大于80%,不同阶段废盐锆收率基本稳定,处理每吨废盐用水量在10 t以下,中和渣及水溶渣pH值达到国家《危险废物鉴别标准腐蚀性鉴别》(GB 5085.1-2007)标准要求。In order to solve the problem of treating waste salt produced during the preparation of refined zirconium tetrachloride,based on the analysis of the microstructure of waste salt,the waste salt was dissolved in water and a strong acidic system was used to dissolve the metal ions in the waste salt into the solution.The distribution and migration laws of metal elements were studied through experiments using different stirring methods,leaching times,pressure filtration methods,and leaching reagents.Through laboratory condition exploration experiments,scaling up experiments,and condition optimization experiments,the average yield of zirconium in treated waste salt is greater than 80%.The yield of zirconium in waste salt at different stages is basically stable,and the water consumption per ton of waste salt experiment is below 10 tons.The pH values of neutralization slag and water-soluble slag meet the requirements of the national“Identification Standard for Hazardous Waste Corrosion Identification”(GB 5085.1-2007)standard.
