摘　　要：与土建工程的招标清单相比,装饰工程招标清单更为烦琐。其中,高端星级酒店的装修工程量计算烦琐,工艺复杂,涉及专业和建筑材料的种类多,材料价格相对不透明,往往给招标人的投资控制带来困扰。如果招标人采取土建招标清单编制的模式,往往会造成招标清单质量不高,后期很可能出现清单漏项、价格虚高等问题。文章以高端星级酒店装修工程的招标清单编制为例,首先分析了清单编制过程中常见的问题,然后探讨了招标人应如何做好建筑装饰项目招标清单编制工作。Compared with the bidding list for civil engineering,the bidding list for decoration engineering is more cumbersome.Among them,the calculation of the decoration quantity for high-end star rated hotels is cumbersome,the process is complex,and there are many types of professional and building materials involved.The material prices are relatively opaque,often causing difficulties for the bidding party's investment control.If the bidder adopts the mode of preparing the civil engineering bidding list,it often leads to low quality of the bidding list,and there is a high possibility of missing items in the list and inflated prices in the later stage.The article takes the preparation of the bidding list for high-end star rated hotel decoration projects as an example.Firstly,it analyzes the common problems in the process of preparing the list,and then explores how the bidder should do a good job in preparing the bidding list for building decoration projects.
