摘  要:巫镇高速鸡心岭隧道为双向行驶的双洞四车道高速公路隧道,隧道采用电光照明,机械通风,自流排水。因部分段落衬砌背后水压增大,二衬裂缝严重,影响隧道外观及运营安全,基于此,需对二衬进行拆换。因需保证施工安全,爆破破碎扰动较大,化学静态破碎速度较慢,经研究讨论,确定采用创造隔震减震带后自拱顶向拱脚机械破碎拆除的方法,拆除自两端向裂缝段中心推进,以确保安全。通过理论分析和实践应用,验证了机械破碎拆除的安全性、可靠性和可操作性。Jixinling Tunnel on Wuxi-Zhenping Expressway is a two-hole four-lane expressway tunnel with two-way traffic.The tunnel adopts electric lighting,mechanical ventilation and self drainage.Due to the increase of water pressure behind the lining in some sections,the cracks in secondary lining are serious,which affects the appearance and operation safety of the tunnel.Based on this,it is necessary to demolish and replace the secondary lining.Due to the need to ensure construction safety,the blasting crushing disturbance is large,and the chemical static crushing speed is slow,it is determined that the method of mechanical crushing demolition from the arch top to the foot after creating the seismic isolation and absorption belt is adopted after research and discussion,and the demolition is pushed from both ends to the center of the crack section to ensure safety.Through theoretical analysis and practical application,the safety,reliability and operability of mechanical crushing demolition are verified.
