摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,为了满足人们的出行需求,高速公路建设呈现蓬勃发展的态势。在高速公路取得巨大成就的同时,也不得不面临其在施工过程中存在的一些问题,如管理机制不完善、现场管理不规范、安全培训不到位等,以上这些问题的存在,给高速公路安全管理带来了严峻挑战。基于此,文章主要探讨了山区高速公路安全管理工作中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了建立健全安全管理机制、加强施工现场管理、落实安全教育培训等安全管理策略,旨在为同类工程项目提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of China's economy and society,in order to meet people's travel needs,expressway construction has shown a vigorous development trend.While achieving great success on expressways,it is inevitable to face some problems in the construction process,such as imperfect management mechanism,non-standard on-site management,and inadequate safety training.The existence of these problems has brought severe challenges to expressway safety management.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the safety management of mountainous expressway.On this basis,it puts forward some safety management strategies,such as establishing and improving safety management mechanism,strengthening construction site management,and implementing safety education and training,so as to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
