摘 要:针对公路工程施工常出现的安全管理问题,为了提升施工安全管理水平,文章依托某高速公路工程,首先分析了人员、设备、作业环境、交通等因素对施工安全的影响,随后采用TOPSIS评价模型,确定了评价指标权重,并对施工安全管理进行了综合评估,在此基础上,提出了提高施工人员安全素养、标准化设备使用、精细化交通管理等优化策略,旨在提升施工阶段的安全性和效率,为类似工程的安全管理提供有益参考。In view of the safety management problems that often occur in highway engineering construction,in order to improve the level of construction safety management,this paper first analyzes the influence of personnel,equipment,working environment,traffic and other factors on construction safety based on an expressway project.Then,the TOPSIS evaluation model is used to determine the weight of evaluation index,and the comprehensive evaluation of construction safety management is carried out.On this basis,optimization strategies such as improving the safety literacy of construction personnel,standardizing the use of equipment and refining traffic management are put forward,aiming at improving the safety and efficiency of construction stage and providing useful reference for the safety management of similar engineering.
