摘 要:锂辉石的晶型转化焙烧(焙烧转型)是传统提锂工艺的先决条件和基础。对α-锂辉石转变为β-锂辉石晶型的过程进行热力学分析,利用HSC软件模拟探讨吉布斯自由能随温度变化的关系,结合热重谱图证明α-锂辉石的焙烧温度需高于800℃才能发生晶形转变,验证焙烧温度是影响焙烧转型的关键因素。考察不同焙烧条件和对锂浸出率的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度1050℃、焙烧时间60 min的条件下,锂辉石的晶转率最高可达98.94%,锂浸出率可达97.88%,并通过XRD和SEM分析锂辉石的物相和形貌变化。The crystal transformation roasting of spodumene is the prerequisite and basis of traditional lithium extraction process.Thermodynamic analysis of the transformation ofα-spodumene toβ-spodumene was carried out.The relationship between Gibbs free energy and temperature was simulated by HSC software.Combined with the thermogravimetry analysis(TG),it is proved that the calcination temperature ofα-spodumene should be higher than 800℃to cause crystal transformation,and it is verified that the calcination temperature is the key factor affecting the crystal transformation.The effects of different roasting conditions on the leaching rate of lithium were investigated.The results show that the crystal conversion rate of spodumene is 98.94%and the leaching rate of lithium is 97.88%under the conditions of roasting temperature of 1050℃and roasting time of 60 min.The phase and morphology of spodumene were analyzed by XRD and SEM.
