摘　　要：主要介绍了冷轧钢带表面振动纹产生的各种机理,通过对振动纹特征的跟踪与对比分析,发现产生振动纹的原因主要有二,一是轧辊磨削原因,二是支承辊轴承剥落原因,根据振动纹产生因素有针对性地采取一系列预防措施,有效地控制了冷轧钢带表面振动纹的产生。This paper mainly introduces the mechanism of cold rolling strip surface vibration pattern,through the track-ing and comparative analysis of the characteristics of the vibration pattern,it shows that the generation of vibration pattern mainly has two reason,one is the roll grinding,the second is bearing peeling of the supporting roller,a series of preventive measures are taken according to the generating factors of vibration lines,effectively control the vibration of cold rolling strip surface.
