摘　　要：分析了钢铁企业相关方管理中存在的问题,结合二方审核的原理方法,探讨二方审核在钢铁企业相关方安全管理中应用的可行性,介绍了二方审核流程及结果运用,解决了钢铁企业相关方管理过程中的主要问题,促进冶金企业相关方安全管理水平提升。Based on the principle and method of second party audit,this paper discusses the feasibility of applying second party audit in the safety management of related parties in iron and steel enterprises,introduces the process of second party audit and results.It solves the main problems in the management process of related parties in iron and steel enterprises,and promotes the improvement of the safety management level of related parties in iron and steel enterprises.
