摘　　要：建设平陆灌区工程是改善钦州市农业灌溉条件、保障粮食安全的需要。通过灌区分布范围的耕地情况调查拟定了4个面积方案,通过水量平衡分析、经济技术对比,确定了116万亩的灌溉面积推荐方案。The construction of Pinglu irrigation zone project is the need to improve agricultural irrigation conditions and ensure food security of Qinzhou City.Four area schemes were drawn up based on the investigation of cultivated land in the distribution range of irrigation zone.The scheme with 1.16×10^(6) mu of irrigation area was recommended after a water balance analysis and a comparison of economic and technical indexes.
