摘　　要：蒙山县古皂水库放水塔竖井的施工采用了正井法与反井法结合的方法,确保了竖井施工安全,同时又保证了施工进度。探讨了竖井施工工艺流程中的技术难点。For the shaft construction of the water release tower of Guzao Reservoir at Mengshan County,front well drill method and back well drill method were combined to ensure the shaft construction safety and construction progress.The technical difficulties of shaft construction technical program were discussed.
