历史文化街区公共空间的共享性评价研究——以天津五大道历史文化街区为例

摘　　要：历史文化街区是宝贵的存量空间资源,具有转换为城市活力场所的巨大潜力。本研究关注历史文化街区公共空间的共享性品质,建立了基于居民和游客数量比例的历史文化街区公共空间共享性评价指标,并以天津五大道历史文化街区为例,进行了历史文化街区公共空间共享性评价实践,分析了五大道历史文化街区公共空间的形态结构特征和空间使用特征,对五大道历史文化街区公共空间的共享性进行了综合评价,最终得出影响天津五大道历史文化街区空间共享性的形态环境因素依次为邻接功能界面、空间内部构成和外部城市环境特征,补充了城市公共空间共享性评价体系,并为其他类型的城市公共空间共享性研究提供借鉴。Historical and cultural blocks are valuable stock space resources,and have a huge potential to be transformed into a place of urban vitality.This paper focuses on the sharing quality of public space in historical and cultural blocks,and establishes an evaluation index for the sharing quality of public space in historical and cultural blocks based on the proportion of residents and tourists.Taking the historical and cultural block of Tianjin Fifth Avenue as an example,the paper carries out the evaluation practice of public space sharing in the historical and cultural block.It analyzes the characteristics of the form structure and the space use of the public space in the Fifth Avenue block,comprehensively evaluates the sharing of the public space of the Fifth Avenue block,and then draws the conclusion that the factors influencing the spatial sharing of the historical and cultural block of Tianjin Fifth Avenue are the adjacent functional interface,the internal structure of the space and the external urban environmental characteristics.It complements the urban public space sharing evaluation system,and provides a reference for the study on the sharing of the urban public space of other types.
