摘 要:北京提出“以河道复兴引领城市更新”,旨在通过历史水系地方营造带动滨水街区更新,发掘滨水街区日常生活图景有助于理解历史水系的空间生产过程。研究以北京历史水系玉河和三里河为例,基于空间生产理论,通过深度访谈和扎根分析,提出历史水系地方营造逻辑模型,发现历史水系地方营造分为景观恢复和特色营销两个阶段,且空间三元在不同阶段的主要关系有所变化;对日常图景进行解读,发现地方营建引导建立场所的秩序,地方建构过程的具身实践促进人—地和人—人关系的形成,两类过程共同推动历史水系的地方营造。Beijing proposed to lead urban renewal through the revitalization of rivers,aiming to drive the renewal of waterfront neighborhoods through the place making of historic rivers.Exploring the everyday practices of waterfront neighborhoods helps to understand the production of space process in historic river areas.This paper took Yu River and Sanli River in Beijing as examples.Based on the theory of production of space,through in-depth interviews and grounded analysis,this paper proposes a logical model for the place making of historic rivers.It is found that this place making progress can be divided into two stages of landscape restoration and characteristic marketing,and the relationship of the three elements varies at different stages.By interpreting everyday practices,it is also found that placemaking establishes the order,while embodied interaction in place-making forms complex relationships between people and land,and among people.These progresses jointly promote the place making of historic rivers.
