摘 要:全国各行业碳排放量中建筑碳排放量占50.9%,建筑减排增汇是实现“双碳”目标的重要环节。相较于新建筑而言,既有建筑减排增汇改造潜力较大。以长沙既有建筑为例,通过实地调研、软件模拟分析建筑环境,得出建筑围护结构存在建筑材料破损和老化、保温隔热性能差的问题,对建筑外围护结构中的外墙、外窗、屋面提出更换材料、更新结构、增加屋顶绿化等策略,提高既有建筑围护结构保温隔热性能,以实现建筑在运行周期内的减排增汇。The carbon emission of buildings accounts for 50.9%of the carbon emissions of various industries in the country,and the emission reduction and sink increase of the building is an important part of achieving the goals of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking.Compared with new buildings,the existing buildings have greater potential for emission reduction and sink increase.Taking the existing buildings in Changsha as an example,field investigation and software simulation analysis on the building environment were carried out,and it was concluded that the building envelope had the problems of damage and aging of building materials and poor thermal insulation performance.Then the paper proposed strategies for the exterior walls,windows and roofs in the envelope structure of the building,such as replacing materials,updating the structure and increasing roof greening,etc.,so as to improve the thermal insulation performance of the envelope structure of the existing building,and to realize the emission reduction and sink increase of the building in the operation period.
