摘　　要：通过对比双面铝塑复合带和单面铝塑复合带的纵包工艺,对单面铝塑复合带的纵包工艺进行讨论,并对热熔胶的性能选型进行分析,解决了铝塑复合带生产过程中的质量问题,发现单面铝塑复合带不仅可用作综合防水护层,也可起到金属屏蔽的作用,从而降低电缆成本。Comparing longitudinal wrapping manufacturing workmanship between both sides poly-laminated aluminium foil and single-side poly-laminated aluminium foil,details of manufacturing workmanship of single polylaminated aluminium foil was discussed,and selection of performance of hot melt adhesive was analysed.Quality issues which may occur during production were solved.Single side poly-laminated aluminium foid can be used as waterproof protective layer and metallic screen structure in order to reduce the cost.
