摘　　要：针对传统笔记本电脑电源线使用寿命短和体积、质量较大等问题,参照相关标准及客户要求,分析影响电源线寿命的因素,并从结构、材料、工艺等方面对电源线进行改进和验证,研制出高寿命轻型笔记本电脑电源线,研究成果可供其他产品借鉴。In view of the short service life and bulkiness of traditional notebook computer power cords,the factors affecting the power cord life were analyzed with reference to relevant standards and customer requirements,and the power cord was improved and verified from the aspects of structure,material,technology,etc.,and the notebook computer power cord that meets the requirements of high life and light weight was developed.The results can be used as a reference for other products.
