摘  要:为探究湿式海缆在海水环境中长期运行时抗水树交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘材料的水老化特性,对海底电缆开展了抗水树绝缘材料的加速水老化试验。通过步进应力法对绝缘样品水老化后的击穿特性进行测试,并在电缆样品经历加速水老化后评估其使用寿命结束阶段的剩余介电强度。测试结果表明,试验电缆的牌号为LH4201R抗水树绝缘料在加速水老化试验后通过了标准要求的击穿场强,该抗水树绝缘料适用于海上风电阵列电缆。In order to explore the water aging characteristics of wet submarine cables under long-term seawater operation environment,long-term operation resistance to water tree cross-linked polyethylene(WTR-XLPE)insulation,an accelerated water aging test of water-resistant tree insulation materials for submarine cables was carried out.The breakdown characteristics of insulation samples after aging were tested by step stress method,and the residual dielectric strength of cable samples at the end of their service life after water accelerated aging was evaluated.The test results showed that the LH4201R water-resistant tree insulation material of the test cable had passed the breakdown field strength required by the standard after accelerated water aging test,so the water-resistant tree insulation material can be suitable for theoffshore wind power array cables.
