摘  要:目的随着干粉吸入剂市场的扩大,干粉制剂处方和设备也在发展。在这篇综述中,笔者介绍了该领域的一些最新进展,重点是纳米技术在干粉吸入剂中的应用。方法以国内外文献为依据,对纳米技术在干粉吸入剂中的应用进行归纳和总结。结果总结分析了肺部吸入给药的优势以及要克服的困难,喷雾干燥技术在干粉吸入剂中的应用,脂质体、固体脂质纳米粒、聚合物纳米粒、纳米晶、胶束等纳米技术在干粉吸入剂中的研究进展。结论纳米技术具有独特的优势,可为肺部吸入给药提供一种有效的策略,为治疗各种肺部疾病带来了希望。Objective With the expansion of the dry powder inhalation market,the formulation and equipment of dry powder preparations are also developing.In this review,we introduce some recent advances in this field,focusing on the application of nanotechnology to dry powder inhalers.Methods Based on the literatures at home and abroad,the application of nanotechnology to inhaled aerosol in the lung is summarized.Results The advantages of inhaled drug delivery to the lungs,as well as the difficulties to be overcome were summarized,and the application of spray drying technique to dry powder inhaler,liposomes,solid lipid nanoparticles,polymer nanoparticles,nanocrystals,micelles and other nanotechnology development in the inhaled powder aerosol of the lungs were analyzed.Conclusions Nanotechnology offers unique advantages and may provide an effective strategy for pulmonary inhalation drug delivery,holding promise for the treatment of various lung diseases.
