摘 要:制备了4种结构不同的茂金属催化剂,通过将两种茂金属催化剂复合的方法制备了分子量双峰分布的乙烯/1-辛烯共聚物,利用GPC,DSC,^(13)C NMR等方法分析了分子量双峰分布对共聚物性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过将茂金属催化剂M1与M4复合或M2与M3复合可成功制备出分子量双峰分布的乙烯/1-辛烯共聚物,所得双峰分布共聚物中1-辛烯富集序列很少,较低的熔体流动速率使其加工性能良好,密度、结晶态与非晶态性质接近低共聚能力催化剂所制备共聚物,具有高拉伸强度、高断裂伸长率及良好的弹性恢复性能。Four kinds of metallocene catalysts with different structures were prepared.By combining two metallocene catalysts,the ethylene/1-octene copolymer with bimodal molecular weight distribution was prepared,and the effect of bimodal molecular weight distribution on the properties of copolymers was analyzed by GPC,DSC,^(13)C NMR.Experimental results show that the ethylene/1-octene copolymer with bimodal molecular weight distribution can be successfully prepared by combining the metallocene catalyst M1 with M4 or M2 with M3.The prepared bimodal distribution copolymer has few 1-octene-enriched sequences,and the low melt flow rate results in good processing performance,which has density,crystalline state properties and amorphous state properties close to those by the catalyst with low copolymerization ability,and has high tensile strength,high elongation at break and good elastic recovery performance.
