摘 要:采用中国石化的全套过氧化氢直接氧化制环氧丙烷(HPPO)专利技术以及中国石化长岭分公司的工业HTS催化剂,以400 kt/a的HPPO装置为例,在反应温度25~90℃、反应压力0.2~3.4 MPa、丙烯质量空速0.4~8.0 h^(-1)、甲醇/过氧化氢摩尔比4~20、丙烯/过氧化氢摩尔比1.2~10.0、pH=8.7~9.7的范围内,采用Aspen Plus软件对HPPO装置的环氧化反应单元的CO_(2)排放量进行计算。计算结果表明,改变反应温度和反应压力影响CO_(2)排放量,CO_(2)排放量由高到低,达到最低值后,由低到高;CO_(2)减排量为687.91~2942.59 t/a;各参数对CO_(2)减排量的影响程度从大到小依次为反应温度和反应压力、甲醇/过氧化氢摩尔比、丙烯/过氧化氢摩尔比、丙烯质量空速、pH。Using Sinopec’s compleTEset of patented technology for direct oxidation of hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide(HPPO)and Sinopec Changling Industrial HTS catalyst,taking the 400 kt/a HPPO plant as an example,within the range of reaction temperature 25-90℃,reaction pressure 0.2-3.4 MPa,WHSV of propylene 0.4-8.0 h^(-1),methanol/H_(2)O_(2) molar ratio 4-20,propylene/H_(2)O_(2) molar ratio 1.2-10.0 and pH=8.7-9.7,the CO_(2) emissions of the epoxidation reaction unit in the HPPO plant were calculated using Aspen Plus software.The calculation results show that reaction temperature and pressure affects the CO_(2) emissions.The CO_(2) emissions decrease,reaching the lowest value and then increasing again.The CO_(2) emission reduction is 687.91-2942.59 t/a.The influence degree of each parameter on CO_(2) emission reduction is ranked from large to small as reaction temperature and reaction pressure,methanol/H_(2)O_(2) molar ratio,propylene/H_(2)O_(2) molar ratio,WHSV of propylene and pH.
