摘 要:有机磷酸盐类成核剂可改善聚丙烯(PP)的刚性和热性能,且具有热稳定性好、无毒、不易溶出等优势,应用范围广泛。但有机磷酸盐类成核剂与PP树脂的相容性有限,通常不易配混,需开发能够降低成核剂粒径、载体复配的细微化制备及分散技术,以提高有机磷酸盐类成核剂在聚丙烯中的分散效果。随着聚烯烃市场竞争愈加激烈,开发低成本的成核剂细微化制备工艺及复配技术,改善成核剂在聚丙烯中的分散性,将更有利于提升国产成核剂以及高性能聚烯烃的市场竞争力。Organophosphates are widely used as nucleating agents for polypropylene,as they can improve the rigidity and thermostability of polypropylene(PP)effectively,and have advantages of good thermal stability,nontoxicity and insolubility,etc.However,as dispersed nucleating agent,they exhibit limited compatibility with PP resin and are usually difficult to realize homogeneous mixing effect.Therefore,it is necessary to develop fine preparation and dispersion technologies that can reduce the particle size of nucleating agent and enable nucleating agent to be combined with carriers,in order to further improve the dispersion effect organic phosphaTEnucleating agent in polypropylene.Since competition in the polyolefin market becomes fierce increasingly,developing low-cost fine preparation and compounding technology of nucleating agent to improve the dispersion of nucleating agents in polypropylene will be more beneficial for enhancing the market competitiveness of domestic nucleating agents and high-performance polyolefin.
