摘  要:目的对嗅觉正常成年男性嗅沟深度(olfactory sulcus depth,OSD)与嗅球体积(olfactory bulb volume,OBV)进行测量与分析,探讨其二者相关性。方法选取40例男性受试者(为了除外性别差异),并在嗅觉检测正常之后立即进行脑结构磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI),在冠状T2加权脑MR图像上进行OSD测量,应用箱框法(box-frame method,BF)测量OBV,进行统计学分析。结果男性左侧平均嗅沟深度(OSD-L)1.28 cm,右侧平均嗅沟深度(OSD-R)1.39 cm,左侧平均嗅球体积(OBV-L)21.1 mm^(3),右侧平均嗅球体积(OBV-R)23.7 mm^(3),左侧嗅沟深度(OSD-L)与右侧嗅球体积(OBV-R)相关(t=0.350,P<0.05),右侧嗅沟深度(OSD-R)与右侧嗅球体积(OBV-R)相关(t=0.525,P<0.05),左侧嗅沟深度(OSD-L)与右侧嗅沟深度(OSD-R)相关(t=0.777,P<0.05),左侧嗅球体积(OBV-L)与右侧嗅球体积(OBV-R)相关(t=0.739,P<0.05)。结论嗅觉结构优势是从儿童到成人的发育过程中形成,随年龄增长逐渐出现优势偏向。右侧嗅球在嗅觉传入及中枢传出离心神经的联系上可能与双侧嗅沟存在联系。Objective To investigate the correlation between olfactory sulcus depth(OSD)and olfactory bulb volume(OBV)in normal olfactory males.Methods After inquisition of medical history,examination of nasal cavity,MRI of brain structure was performed immediately after normal olfactory detection.OSD measurement was performed on coronal T2-weighted brain MR images and Box-frame method(BF)was used to measure OBV for statistical analysis.Results The depth of male left olfactory sulci(OSD)was 1.28 cm,the depth of right olfactory sulci(OSD)was 1.39 cm,the volume of left olfactory bulb(OBV-L)was 21.10 mm^(3),the volume of right olfactory bulb(OBV-R)was 23.71 mm^(3).The measurement value of left and right OSD was com‐pared(t=0.739,P<0.05).Left olfactory sullen depth(OSD-L)was correlated with right olfactory bulb volume(OBV-R)(t=0.350 P<0.05),and right olfactory sullen depth(OSD-R)was correlated with right olfactory bulb volume(OBV-R)(t=0.525 P<0.05),the depth of left olfactory sulcus(OSD-L)was correlated with the depth of right olfactory sullen(OSD-R)(t=0.777 P<0.05),and the volume of left olfactory bulb(OBV-L)was correlated with the volume of right olfactory bulb(OBV-R)(t=0.739 P<0.05).Conclusion The dominance of olfactory structure is formed from children to adults,and the lateralization of OS and OB gradually appears with age.The right olfactory bulb may be related to the bilateral olfactory sulcus in the connection of olfac‐tory afferent and central efferent centrifugal nerve.
