摘　　要：该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法梳理出网球裁判员综合素质指标,以内江师范学院为例,对普通高校体育专业学生网球裁判员群体特征进行总结,依据相关指标,结合普通高校体育专业学生网球裁判员综合素质现状,提出相应的提升途径。为普通高校网球裁判员队伍的培养提供新的方向,加速普通高校网球裁判员队伍的专业化发展。This study uses the method of literature,and expert interviews to sort out the indicators of the comprehensive quality of tennis referees.Taking Neijiang Normal University as an example,this study summarizes the characteristics of the group of student tennis referees in physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities,and according to relevant indicators,combined with the current situation of the comprehensive quality of student tennis referees in physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities,it proposes corresponding improvement ways,which provides new directions for the cultivation of the team of tennis referees in ordinary colleges and universities and accelerate the professional development of the team of tennis referees in ordinary colleges and universities.
