摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生的思想政治教育者和管理者,对学生的成长具有重要促进作用。而体育文化是重要的高校校园文化板块,辅导员应该发挥指引、组织、协调和激励作用,使校园体育文化得到落实,促使其发挥重要的教育作用。但通过调查发现,受到培训政策不完善、管理制度不适配等因素的影响,辅导员在校园体育文化中无法真正发挥引领等作用。因此,高校应该通过加强体育培训、改善管理机制等途径提升辅导员的职能水平,从而保证他们可以真正发挥指引、组织作用。College counselors are the ideological and political educators and managers of students,playing an important role in promoting their growth.Sports culture is an important part of campus culture in colleges and universities,and counselors should play a guiding,organizing,coordinating and motivating role to implement campus sports culture and promote it to play an important educational role.However,through investigation,it is found that counselors are influenced by factors such as imperfect training policies and inappropriate management systems when they influence campus sports culture,and they cannot truly play the leading and other roles.Therefore,colleges and universities should enhance the functional level of counselors through strengthening sports training,improving management mechanisms and other ways,in order to ensure that they can truly play the guiding and organizing role.
