摘　　要：该文研究了贵州少数民族传统体育的现代创新与可持续发展策略,旨在保护并传承这一独特文化遗产。为了适应当代需求,该文提出了现代化创新的必要性,并详细探讨了虚拟现实、电子竞技等现代技术在传统体育中的应用。然而,现代化创新也面临技术水平不足、市场推广不足等问题。提出的可持续发展对策包括:以政府指导为引领,提高对民族体育的重视程度;以民族发展为契机,营造民族体育文化氛围;以学校教育为载体,促进青少年学习等,以期为传统体育的可持续发展提供全面而可行的方案。This article studies the modern innovation and sustainable development strategies of traditional ethnic sports in Guizhou,aiming to protect and inherit this unique cultural heritage.In order to meet contemporary needs,this article proposes the necessity of modern innovation and explores the application of modern technologies such as virtual reality and e-sports in traditional sports in detail.However,modern innovation also faces problems such as the insufficient technological level and insufficient market promotion.This paper proposes sustainable development strategies,include taking the guidance of the government as the guide to increase the importance of ethnic sports,taking ethnic development as an opportunity to create an atmosphere of ethnic sports culture,using school education as a carrier to promote youth learning and so on,so as to provide comprehensive and feasible plans for the sustainable development of traditional sports.
