摘　　要：电信运营商的业务开通配置工作具有开通量庞大、业务种类繁杂、配置规则复杂的特点。文中结合自智网络运维体系“三零三自”愿景,以实现“无人值守”的业务开通为目标,从业务自动化配置的容错手段入手,提出了基于错误码的多系统间业务开通智能纠错策略思路,为提高业务开通的自动化率、实时性、准确性等提供了借鉴和参考。The service opening and configuration work of telecom operators has the characteristics of huge opening volume,complicated service types and complex configuration rules.This paper combines the vision of“303 Self”of the self intelligent network operation and maintenance system,with the goal of realizing“unattended”service opening,star ting from the fault tolerant means of service automation configuration,and proposes an intelligent error correction strategy for multi-system service opening based on error codes.It provides reference and reference for improving the automation rate real time performance and accuracy of service opening.
